Assess client requested target and overall situation for achievability (leader buy-in, existing 360 data, link to relevant company initiatives, other key factors). Set specific targets (SMART goals) realistically within desired time frame and ensure stakeholder support. Plan out specific course of action over agreed time frame – determine intensity of coaching program. Systemic approach. Agree and ensure leader commitment.
